Booking and Payment
How can I make a booking?
Go to the website, choose your desired motorcycle and rental period, then complete the booking directly online. You will receive the confirmation by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept online card payments directly on the motoshare.ro website. All payments are processed exclusively in the national currency RON.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel for free at least 48 hours before your pick-up date. Otherwise, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Rental and use
What documents are required for the rental?
You need an ID card or passport and a valid driver's license for the category specified in the motorcycle description.
Can I rent if I have an A2 category license?
Yes, but only motorcycles compatible with category A2 or below A1, AM
Insurance and Deposits
Do I need to leave a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is charged, which is displayed next to each motorcycle depending on its type and model. This is fully refunded upon return of the motorcycle in good condition. The deposit will be retained upon collection of the motorcycle.
Is insurance included in the price?
Yes, each motorcycle includes mandatory liability insurance (RCA).
Handover and Return
Where do I need to return the motorcycle?
The motorcycle must be returned to the location where it was picked up, unless otherwise agreed in the contract
What happens if I am late returning the motorcycle?
There is no charge for delays of up to 2 hours. Beyond this time, an additional fee of the equivalent per day of rental applies.
